The Club

The Queensland Investors Club Inc. was founded in the wake of the 1987 share market crash. The club is a non-profit organisation for people interested in investing, with a particular emphasis on the stock market. The membership covers a wide range of investment sectors and styles. QIC Inc. does not manage any pooled investments.

Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month.

QIC's Objective

The objective of the club is to provide a forum for:

• networking - meeting and socialising with other people interested in investing;
• group discussion of investment topics;
• presenting new investing ideas, techniques & approaches; and
• talks or presentations by guest speakers on their field of expertise.
